After many years in the home, the owners realized it was time for make-over.
Installed by Skyline Landscape.

This front yard needed some love and attention. Some plants were taking over and the Aspen trees were dying.

Just cleaning out the plants made a huge difference, as did a new paint job. Reducing some of the turf grass and planting xeric plants will reduce water use in the future.

The side yard had a healthy tree, but the grass beneath was struggling against weeds.

Notice that the rocks here are a couple of different sizes, making a much nicer texture for the groundcover.

Access to the back yard is a steep slope, and limited space. The grass is worn thin from foot traffic.

A crusher fines path which is intentionally curvy to accommodate the slope.

While the backyard isn’t ugly, it doesn’t encourage any outdoor activity.

A firepit patio with a short retaining/courtyard wall encourages the homeowners and their guests to enjoy the back yard.
